Updike gehörte ja immer zu meinen Lieblingsautoren, und durch seine Biographie habe ich jetzt auch wieder Lust bekommen, ihn zu lesen. Entschieden habe ich mich dafür (ich hätte es sogar auf Deutsch zuhause gehabt, ich hätte es mir also gar nicht bestellen müssen):
