Mein derzeitiges Buch führt mich nach Panama, in die Jahre des Baus des Panama-Kanals und in die Zeiten von Gelbfieber und anderer Krankheiten, die die Arbeiter des Kanals noch schneller dahingerafft haben, als es Corona mit uns heute macht. Das Buch ist sehr interessant und beschreibt gut, die Zustände und das Scheitern - aber letztendlich auch die Erfolge und das Gelingen der Bauarbeiten. Tolles und sehr empfehlenswertes Buch.
